✨ What Is The Cedar Light?

The Cedar Light is a calm, private online space where you can simply be — available at carefully chosen times across the UK, Spain, and Ontario to meet you in your most tender hours.

This is not therapy. It’s not coaching, advice, or “fixing.” There are no worksheets, tools, or performance. Just a gentle presence, without judgment or agenda.

You can:

  • Cry, ramble, or whisper
  • Sit in silence and breathe
  • Sip tea, knit, doodle, or hold something meaningful
  • Play soft music in the background
  • Drift off — and that’s okay, too

😴 If You Fall Asleep

Sometimes exhaustion wins. If you fall asleep, we will remain quietly in the session for the full 30 minutes and then gently close the call. You will not be woken.

  • Grieving a recent or long-ago loss
  • Overthinking after a rupture or conflict
  • Lonely or anxious, especially in quiet hours
  • Living with insomnia, overstimulation, or emotional overload
  • Awake without knowing why — just needing the presence of another person

🕒 Session Details

  • Length: 30 minutes
  • Format: Online (video or voice — your choice)
  • Fee: £50 per session
  • Booking: By appointment only
  • Eligibility: Anyone not in crisis, but needing a quiet space to process. You can choose to use it once, as needed or use it as part of your wellness. All you have to do is reserve your time.
